Be prepared for all the fun and festivities. Here is what to expect when arriving at the convention:

Are kids allowed?

Yes, children 12 and under have free admission.
Can I enter the tattoo contest if the Artist isn't there?

Yes, you can enter the work of an Artist that isn't at the Con.
Where is the show located?

The show is at the Knoxville Convention Center in Knoxville,TN. 701 Henley St, Knoxville, TN 37902
What are the show hours?

The show hours are Friday 3PM-10PM, Saturday 11AM-10PM, and Sunday 11AM-8PM.
Can kids enter the cosplay contest?

Yes, there is no age limit on the cosplay contest!
Are pets allowed?

No, pets of any kind are not permitted.
Can I get a refund for my tickets?

Yes, if you need a refund before the show occurs please email booking@vgtcon.com with the name the tickets were purchased under.
How do I book with an Artist?

You would contact the Artist directly. All attending Artists will have their booking information in their artist profile which is located on the 'Artist Line Up' page. This will either be a link to book with them or their instagram / email.
Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes, you are able to purchase tickets all weekend at the door.
