Idle Hands Owner, Jaysin Jefferson is an artist and muralist. Notable murals include the Yorktown Hotel and work in the downtown York, PA arts district. He specializes in color tattoos and anime. With a background in graphic design and fine arts, he left a career as a union electrician to pursue his first love and passion by opening his tattoo shop in 2012.
